Process
From your first call to the day you get your keys back
Five steps, each with a date and something you physically receive at the end of it. If at any point you cannot tell which step you are on, we have done it wrong.
How it works
Five steps, and you know where you are in all of them
Each step has a date and something you physically receive at the end of it. If you cannot tell which step you are on, we have done it wrong.

Talk to a designer
Day 1
You call, WhatsApp or use the estimator. A designer calls back within 30 minutes between 10am and 8pm, asks what you actually need, and gives you an honest range before anyone visits.
A price range and a straight answer about what your budget covers
- 02
Free site visit and measurement
Day 2 to 4
We come to your flat, measure every room, check the plumbing and electrical positions, and photograph the site. This is free and it carries no obligation to book anything.
Accurate measurements and a written scope
- 03
Design and 3D walkthrough
Day 5 to 12
You see your own flat in 3D, not a showroom render of somebody else’s. We revise it with you until the layout works, then price the final version line by line.
3D visuals of your flat and an itemised quotation
- 04
Factory manufacturing
Day 13 to 30
Your units are manufactured in a factory to the measurements we took, not cut on your living room floor. Machine-banded edges are the reason this work outlasts site carpentry through a Ranchi monsoon.
Progress updates from your project manager, and a dispatch date
- 05
Installation and handover
Day 31 to 45
Assembly, electrical, false ceiling and painting run to the sequence your project manager shared at the start. You then walk the flat and list anything you want fixed. We close that list before the final payment falls due.
A finished home, your warranty documents and a closed snag list
Payment transparency
You pay in stages, against work delivered
No single large advance. You get the exact percentages in writing before any work starts, and before any money moves.

FAQ
Questions about how a project runs
If your question is not here, call us and ask it. We would rather answer it now than have you find out later.
How long does a project take?
A 2BHK takes 30 to 45 days from design sign-off. A 3BHK or 4BHK takes 45 to 60 days. Commercial work runs 25 to 60 days depending on area and licensing. The committed date goes into your contract, not into a phone conversation.
How do payments work?
Payment is staged against work delivered, not taken as a single advance. You receive the full stage-wise schedule in writing before any work starts and before any money changes hands. The final payment falls due only after you have walked the flat and we have closed your snag list.
Do you handle flats that are still under construction?
Yes. We start design and material selection while civil work finishes, then hold manufacturing until the flat can be measured accurately. Booking at that stage usually saves two to three weeks against waiting for handover.
Who is my point of contact during the project?
One named project manager, based in Ranchi, with a direct number you can call. Not a call centre and not a ticket number. They are on your site themselves, and if a date is going to slip you hear it from them before you notice it.
